Terms and Conditions

All sales are final due to the custom nature of the apparel we sell. Customers are responsible for errors in their designs, misspellings, and/or incorrect sizing. Replacements or corrections for items with production defects or errors will be issued. Customers must report such errors within 48 hours of receiving their order. Due to variations in computer monitors and printing processes, colors displayed online may not be an exact match to the final product and we do not offer pantone matching. Customer supplied designs are asked to be provided in a high quality format and while every effort will be made to review it before production, the company is not responsible for poor quality printing due to poor artwork provided by the customer. All designs and artwork supplied by customers is subject to copyright and trademark laws. It is SOLELY the responsibility of the customer to ensure these laws are abided by. Any offensive and/or explicit materials may be refused for production. The company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or a specific amount, and they may not be liable for certain damages, such as lost profits or business interruptions

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are expected to ship within 7 business days of the order. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
